细极链格孢抗肿瘤活性物质的初步分离

摘要在四季常青的乔木中,冬青是其中的一种,它能够抵抗阴湿的环境,相比较其他一些乔木,生长能力比较好,适合生长在营养和水分充足的地区。近年来调查发现,冬青不仅能够有效的抑制白血病,而且还具有抗肿瘤作用。该实验的目的是把具有抗肿瘤活性的物质从细极链格孢发酵液中分离出来,先是对菌丝体的活性检测,然后采用加热法、调节pH法、无水乙醇法、(NH4)2SO4分级盐析法对发酵液进行预处理,其主要目的是去除发酵液中可溶性粘胶状物质和无机盐类,从而初步分离出发酵液中的有效成分。其次,以上粗提取只能除去细极链格孢发酵液内的部分大分子物质以及它的菌丝体。然而,发酵液中仍然存在大量的小分子物质,因此我们需要对其发酵液的理化性质进行初步研究,我们决定通过萃取法、纸层析实验、纸电泳实验和相关稳定性实验来达到目的,最终我们可以选择出最合适的方法对发酵液内的抗肿瘤活性成分进行分离,使发酵液得到纯化并提高其质量。最后从这些方法中筛选出最佳的分离方法。71135 该论文有图0幅,表16个,参考文献10篇 毕业论文关键词:细极链格孢 内生真菌 预处理 分离提取 抗肿瘤 Preliminary Separation of Antitumor Active Substances from Alternaria tenuissima Abstract Evergreen trees, Holly is one of a kind, it is resistant to damp environments. However, fermentation liquid still exists large of small molecular material, so we need a preliminary research on its fermentation liquid of physical-chemical nature, we decided adopt extraction method, paper chromatography experiment, paper electrophoresis experiment and related stability experiment to reached purpose. Eventually we can select out most right of method on separating anti-tumor activity components from fermentation liquid, makes fermentation liquid get purification and improve its quality. Finally, separate the best method from these methods.
