摘要:气动系统被广泛地运用于各类生产线中,尤其是轻巧零件的安装和传输。本课题针对三乒乓球的传输、获取和包装要求,设计一套气动的乒乓球包装生产线。设计任务包括:乒乓球的传输装置、分拣和获取装置的方案、设计计算和校核,各标准件的选型、生产线的控制等,完成相应的设计说明书和结构图纸绘制。通过该项目,可使得学生对气动系统、机械结构和气动控制有一个比较全面和感性的认识。这个项目的主要难点在于如何在不影响性能的情况下简化机械结构设计,使得机械机械结构更为轻便简洁。以及用更为简便的PLC程序来控制系统。还有就是机械结构的强度校核也是这个项目的重点。71999

第二章主要是对落料装置方案的拟定分析,对一些零部件的结构进行计算校核

第三章主要是对取料装置的方案进行比较分析,对装置的结构进行一些必要的分析和计算

第四章主要是对旋转气缸的上置还是下置进行方案的比较分析,对装置的结构进行分析。

第五章主要是对装置的气动回路进行设计和元件的选型。

第六章主要是对装置的电气控制PLC进行选型,以及对于控制程序的设计。

Design of pneumatic table tennis packing production line

Abstract: Pneumatic systems are widely used in various types of production lines, especially for the installation and transmission of lightweight parts。 In this paper, a set of pneumatic table tennis packaging production line is designed according to the requirements of the three table tennis。 The design task includes a transmission device, and sorting table tennis device for obtaining the scheme, design and check, the standard parts selection, production line control, complete the design specification and drawings drawing structure。 Through this project, it can make the students have a more comprehensive and perceptual understanding of pneumatic system, mechanical structure and pneumatic control。 The main difficulty of this project is how to simplify the design of mechanical structure without affecting the performance。 And a simpler PLC program to control the system。 There is the strength of mechanical structure is also the focus of this project。

The second chapter is mainly about the design and analysis of the blanking device, and the structure of some parts is checked and checked

The third chapter mainly carries on the comparative analysis to the material fetching device's plan, carries on some essential analysis and the computation to the device structure

The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis of the rotary cylinder is still under the scheme, analyzed the structure of the device。

The fifth chapter is the design of the pneumatic loop and the selection of the components。

The sixth chapter is mainly about the electrical control of the device, PLC selection, and the design of control procedures。
