楔块叠合梁的剪切弯曲应力电测法试验研究

摘要基于梁的弯曲理论推导了楔块叠合梁的正应力公式,得到了叠合梁截面上不 同高度上点的正应力分布规律,设计了电测法试验方案,在叠合梁上粘贴应变片。 完成了对两种楔块叠合梁组合的剪切弯曲应力的电测法试验,得出了如下结论:

(1)楔块叠合梁的中性轴所在位置和两种材料的弹性模量有关系。(2)当两个 梁的材料相同时它们的应力应变规律和整体一个梁基本上是一致的。(3)如果 两个梁的材料不同,应力在接合处会有突变。(4)将实验值与理论值比较,两 者大致一致。(5)如果出现了一些偏差也是试验过程和应变片的粘贴中出现了 一些误差,其中,主要的影响因素还是对于应变片的选择和对其进行粘贴。72672
