LS-DYNA3D多功能导弹战斗部总体设计

摘要导弹在战争中使用广泛,对战场局势影响大。现导弹在适应多目标战场方面有极大挑战,各国已致力于导弹战斗部多功能化的研究,实现“一弹多用”。

根据战技指标,用单一功能战斗部设计原理,确定杀伤/破甲/攻坚战斗部威力实现方案,提出两种战斗部总体结构方案。用理论计算与AUTODYN-2D进行战斗部主要零件择优比较设计。用AUTODYNA-2D建立射流侵彻靶板的数值仿真模型,对破甲威力进行分析;用理论计算法对杀伤威力进行分析,确定战斗部破片体类型;先用经验公式估算战斗部攻坚最大深度,再用LS-DYNA3D对战斗部攻坚威力进行分析,得出穿深/速度—时间曲线,并根据各零件的应力/应变—时间曲线分析战斗部着靶强度。最终实现战斗部兼具杀伤、破甲、攻坚三种功能。73334

Title    The Power Design of the Multipurpose Warhead   

                                                         

Abstract

Missiles are widely used in the war and have a big impact to the situation of the battlefield。 Now there are great challenges to missile in adapting to the battlefield where is full of multiple objectives, countries have been working on the multi-functional missile warhead, to achieve the purpose of “a multi-purpose bomb”。

According to tactical and technical index and with a single function warhead design principles to determine the implementation scheme of the lethal effects, armor piercing effects and penetrating effect,and put forward of two programs about the overall structure of the Warhead。 Make use of the theoretical calculations and AUTODYN-2D to design the main parts of the warhead and choose the best by comparing。 Analysing the penetration power by 2D model simulation of penetration process in jet formation and penetration with AUTODYN-2D; Analysing the power of the warhead fragments and determining the type of the warhead fragments with theoretical calculation; About the penetrating effect, first, with the empirical formula to estimate the maximum effect of warhead, then analysing the power by LS-DYNA3D simulation, obtain depth/ velocity - time curve, and analysing the target warhead strength according to each part of the stress / strain - time curve。 Finally, to acquire a multipurpose warhead which has the functions of lethal effects, armor piercing effects and penetrating effect。
