摘要压路机是进行大型工程项目必须要有的机械装备,比如说在造路时,修火车轨道的时候都需要它。轮胎型的压路机比较灵动活跃,相对于轮子是钢轮的压路机,它要有一定的柔软性可以完全的压到表面。所以从这一点上讲,轮胎压路机还是具有很大的优点的,这也就是我们为什么要研究它的意义。

此次的课题是YL25型轮胎压路机的前轮设计,目的任务是在符合正确的参数前提下,设计更好更优质的前轮系统。主要包括前轮的转轴的校核设计以及上面的立着的轴的设计还有它的轮胎型号的选择等等。73829

在本次设计中,计算出每个需要零件的数据和力还有它们的使用时间。并且还弄好了他们各自的型号。还有每个零件的装配及图画都已经画在了图纸中,可以详见。

前面系统中的立柱的轴,用来阻挡泥土的板子以及用来控制方向的结构几乎都要在与可以摆动的构件相接,这样整个构件就会具有统一性,还有,压路机前面将近要支撑全体的大部分力量,所以责任重大,需要确保它的基本的稳定还有安全性能。所以,此次设计很有必须性。

The Design of Front Wheels for The YL25 Pneumatic Tyred Roller

Abstract Rollers are large-scale projects must have the machinery and equipment, for example, when road building, repair train tracks when it needs to.
