ANSYS单体液压支柱三用阀自动试验台自动装卸调压机构和液压系统设计

摘要单体液压支柱是适合我国实际地质条件的一种有效的工作面支护设备。三用 阀作为单体液压支柱的核心部件,根据国家相关标准及要求,在出厂前必须对其 进行试验。所以研制三用阀自动试验台,对煤矿安全生产具有重大意义。73838 本文在现存技术的基础上,根据实际生产需要进行改进,确定了单体液 压支柱三用阀自动试验台机械系统和液压系统的整体设计方案。 设计了试验台的机械系统,包括自动装卸和自动调压两部分,用 Pro/E 对机械系统进行了三维建模,表达了零部件之间的位置关系。通过数据计 算对关键元件进行了选型,用 ANSYS 对机械系统装卸部分进行了静态分析, 分析结果表明装卸装置的强度和变形量符合实际要求。 通过分析三用阀的标准及试验台的试验项目,设计了满足试验台功能 要求的液压系统,对液压元件进行了设计、数据计算及选型,用 AMESim 对 试验台进行建模,分析了安全阀起溢闭特性的动态性能,结果表明该液压 系统能够达到试验要求。 最后,加工生产了一台样机,并进行了各项性能试验,试验结果表明 机械系统和液压系统功能到达设计要求。 该论文有图 25 幅,表 12 个,参考文献 38 篇。 毕业论文关键词:三用阀;自动试验;自动装卸;自动调压;液压系统;ANSYS 分析; AMESim 仿真 Design on Automatic Loading and Unloading, Pressure Regulating Mechanism and Hydraulic System of Automatic Test Platform for Three-purpose Valve in Hydraulic Single Prop Abstract The hydraulic single prop is an effective working face support equipment which is suitable for China's actual geological conditions. Three-purpose valve is used as the core component of the single hydraulic prop. According to the relevant standards and requirements of the country, it must be tested before delivery. Therefore, the development of automatic test rig with three valve, the coal mine safety production is of great significance. In this paper, based on the existing technology, according to the actual prod uction needs to be improved, the overall design of the single hydraulic prop th ree valve automatic test platform is determined. The mechanical system of the test bench is designed, which includes two pa rts of the automatic loading and unloading and automatic pressure regulating. T he three-dimensional model of the mechanical system is modeled with Pro/E, a nd the relationship between the parts is expressed. Through the data calculation of the key components of the selection, with ANSYS on the mechanical syste m loading and unloading part of the static analysis, the results show that the s trength and deformation of the loading and unloading device in line with the a ctual requirements. Through the analysis of the three-purpose valve standard and test stand test project design to meet the requirements of test bench of the hydraulic system, hydraulic components were design, data calculation and selection, with AMESim software to test bench for modeling, analysis of the safety valve overflow closing characteristics of dynamic performance. The results show that the hydraulic system can meet the test requirements. At last, a prototype is produced, and the performance test is carried out. Th (责任编辑:qin) |
