摘要微动腐蚀是发生在两个接触区域之间的有极小振幅运动的状况。微动腐蚀的 危害很大,不仅会导致接触区域间的摩擦磨损,并且还会导致裂纹的出现和扩大, 最后降低了物件的疲劳寿命而失效。因此,随着对微动摩擦学的深入研究,取得 了显著的成果,对工业生产中微动损伤的控制、预防和问题解决有重要的现实意 义和经济效益。73845 本文在对微动的基本定义和发展现状、微动的主要理论、微动的驱动实现方 式、微动腐蚀试验的目的要求等因素归纳考虑分析后,提出了一种新型的设计方 案。利用 Pro/E、AutoCAD 和 Solidworks 等三维设计软件对试验机的传动设计, 整体结构进行三维建模和结构优化改进,以气动控制系统作为加载和微动驱动实 现装置,设计了一种新型的微动腐蚀试验机。与现有的微动腐蚀试验机不同的是, 本论文设计的试验机有下面三个优点: 1)微动的驱动方式采用气动系统,能够达到一个稳定的驱动力,较高运动的 精度,噪声小; 2)试验机的测试系统是通过电子计算机来实现,通过各项传感器将试验参数 转变为对应的电信号,利用试验机上的数据采集卡采集数据,安装对应的专业软 件对各项参数的实时收集,然后对数据进行分析研究、存储显示; 3)试验机可以实现变量控制,即使一些参数保持不变,改变某一参数,可以 判断出这个因素对微动磨损是否存在影响。 毕业论文关键词:微动腐蚀 气动系统 试验机 轴向转动 A new type of micro corrosion testing machine drive and control system design Abstract Micro corrosion occurred in the contact area between the two is the condition of small amplitude motion. Micro corrosion not only can lead to friction and wear between two contact area, and also can accelerate the production of cracks and expand, eventually making objects of fatigue life is reduced greatly. So as to the further research of micro friction study, the results of micro damage prevention and control in industry has the important practical significance and economic benefits. Based on the basic concept of micro and development present situation, the micro study of the main theory, micro drive way, micro corrosion test requirements after the analysis of factors such as comprehensive consideration, this paper puts forward a new design scheme, and the load of the testing machine applied system.such as the use of Pro/ENGINEER, AutoCAD and Solidworks 3 d design software for testing machine transmission design, the overall mechanical structure of 3 d modeling and structure optimization improvement, mainly adopts pneumatic system as driving power source of testing machine, developed a new type of micro corrosion testing machine.Unlike existing micro friction and wear testing machine, testing machine developed by this paper has the following features: 1) micro drive mode adopts pneumatic system, to achieve a stable driving force, higher motion precision, low noise; 2) testing machine test system is implemented by computer, through various sensors will test parameter is converted to the corresponding electric signal, through the data acquisition card data acquisition, installation professional control software to realize the various parameters collection, then analyze the data research, store display; 3) tester can keep some of the parameters constant, change a parameter, can study determine the influence of some factors on the fretting wear.
