微粒射流电沉积制备涂层的平整性工艺设计

摘要当今世界,我国已跃然成为世界上第一大工业国家,每年因磨损或毁坏等而 报废的工业零件不尽其数,这很大程度上造成了对我国能源的极大浪费而且对环 境也有很恶劣的影响。然而通过废旧、磨损的机械零部件这项实验研究对损坏的 机械零部件采用某种方法或手段进行尺寸恢复和使用性能的复原或者加强,从而 使废旧零部件能够重新继续使用。此次实验对于延长机械零部件的使用寿命、提 高装备的性能、实现资源可持续发展都有着重要的战略意义。 73872

此次实验针对微粒射流电沉积的实验研究,分析各种因素对实验材料表面质 量的影响程度,其中包括:电流强度、水流喷射速度、加工进给速度、电解质的 成分等,不同的实验因素对涂层的表面质量影响很大,也就是说影响着表面铜沉 积的质量,因此也会对表面涂层的平整性产生影响。通过对实验结果的数据分析, 力求总结出严谨科学的实验结果。

Process design for the preparation of coating by electro deposition of particulate jet

Abstract In today's world, our country vividly have become the world's first major industrial countries, industrial parts each year due to wear or damage and the scrapping of the countless number of, which, to a large extent caused tremendous waste of energy in our country and on the environment also has very bad influence。 However through the scrap, wear of the mechanical parts for this experimental study on damage of mechanical parts by some method or means size recovery and use performance of the restoration or strengthen, so that waste components can be reused。 The experiments for the extension of the service life of the mechanical parts, improve equipment performance to achieve the sustainable development of resources have important strategic significance。

The experimental study on particle jet electrodeposition, analysis of various factors on the degree of influence of the material surface quality, including: current intensity, water jet speed and machining feed rate, electrolyte composition, different experimental factors on the coating surface quality influence。 That is to say affects the quality of the surface of copper deposition, and also on the coating surface smoothness。 Through the experimental results of data analysis, the paper makes a summary of the rigorous scientific experimental results。
