复杂凹凸件异体件3D建模模具设计及数控加工+CAD图纸

摘要本次毕业设计主要以薄壁件的设计为例,研究薄壁件的3D建模,模具设计,以及数控加工。内容包括:利用软件对薄壁件进行实体建模,对薄壁件件的形状、尺寸及其精度的要求进行注塑成型工艺的可行性分析,初步拟定注塑模结构方案,注塑模具结构类型及模架的选用,模具推出机构设计,利用CAM软件进行数控加工并通过后处理生成加工程序。本毕业设计课题充分让我利用到了大学四年里所学到的相关的专业知识,从薄壁件的建模,到分型面模架的设计,再到塑件结构工艺性的分析,最后到零件的生成以及数控加工程序生成,这些都与我大学四年来所学的专业知识密不可分。这是对我这四年来所学知识的一次系统性的检验,不仅培养了我自主学习能力,还使我养成了分析问题解决问题的良好习惯。73909 该论文有图57幅,表1个,参考文献16篇。 毕业论文关键词:3D建模 模具设计 数控加工
