摘要:该产品为汽车拉手的一个零件。制品要求有较高的成型精度以满足制品的功能需求,要求学生能够运用本专业的基础理论、方法和技能,以及综合运用相关专业知识,根据产品的结构并且结合产品技术质量要求,设计出符合实际生产水平,具有结构先进、工艺合理、具有较高经济性能的模具,并制订主要零件的加工工艺规程,解决材料成型过程中的具体问题。掌握塑料模具设计的基本过程,提高计算机辅助设计和查阅有关文献、设计资料、标准及规范等基本技能,完成毕业设计计算和说明书等任务。该产品是采用塑料成型的,外观表面质量要求较高,外形不允许留下有明显的痕迹,学生在毕业综合实践过程中,可以学到特殊零件的脱模结构,这个课题符合毕业设计要求。着重解决模具结构设计合理,排气性要好,要求成型后尽可能达到精度要求,要考虑成型过程中的变形。关键词:机械设计;注塑模;CCC内盖。9832 Abstract: the product is a part of automobile handle. To solve the die structure design is reasonable, the exhaust is better, as far as possible to achieve the requirements after the molding accuracy requirements, to consider the deformation in the process of forming.
