摘要:本次毕业设计的是注射模设计,设计内容是从零件的工艺性分析开始的,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路。本设计重点是成型工艺方案的确定和成型零件设计。该课题从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、侧抽机构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计,同时并简单的编制了模具的加工工艺。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。主要设计内容有:1、注塑件工艺性分析;2、确定工艺方案;3、选择模具的结构形式;4、进行必要的工艺计算;5、选择与确定模具的主要零部件的结构与尺寸;6、校核模具闭合高度及压力机有关参数;7、绘制模具总装图及零件图。
本次设计不仅让我熟悉了课本所学的知识,而且让我做到把所学的知识运用到实践当中,更让我了解了模具设计的全过程和加工实践的各种要点。再次温习了曾经课程设计的步骤和内容,有了更深层次的理解和印象。9842

Design of Drinking fountains valve injection mold
Abstract: This graduation design is the design of the injection mold, design content is from the beginning of the parts of the process analysis, to determine the general design according to process requirements. Blanking is the most basic of stamping process. This design focus is on the analysis of deformation process in blanking and punching the basic factors affecting the quality of blanked parts, the blanking technology calculation, process planning and die design. To blanking deformation process analysis, blanking, quality and influence factors to determine the clearance, blade size calculation principle and method of design, layout, blanking force and the center of pressure calculation, stamping process analysis and process plan, blanking typical structure, application, design and mold standard parts stamping die design ethods and steps. Through the process of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, the final design of an injection mold. The product mix from technology issues, and specific mold structure of the casting mold system, mold forming part of the structure, side pumped body, top of the system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machine and related calibration parameters are detailed design, at the same time and developed a simple process dies.The main design content is: 1, the injection molding process analysis ; 2, determine the process plan ; 3, select the mold structure ; 4 , the necessary process calculation ; 5 , select the main components of the mold to determine the structure and size ; 6 , check the mold closed height and press the relevant parameters ; 7 , drawing mold assembly drawing and parts diagram.
    This design is not only familiar with the textbook I have learned , and let me do the learned knowledge into practice, made me understand the whole process of mold design and processing practices of the various elements . review the steps Once again and elements of curriculum design , have a deeper understanding and impression.
