ABAQUS三维结构砰击载荷预报及结构响应分析

摘 要三维结构砰击载荷预报及结构响应分析是一个十分复杂的涉及水域-空气域-固体三相耦合的问题。由于砰击在工程实际应用中普遍存在,使得对砰击载荷预报及结构响应的研究显得十分重要,本文着重研究了通过试验方法以及数值模拟仿真方法预报三维结构的砰击压力及结构响应。77118

本文以三维圆柱体和圆锥体为研究对象,利用试验和数值仿真方法分析了圆锥体和圆柱体在砰击过程中的载荷变化,系统讨论了不同底升角和入水高度对砰击载荷的影响规律。主要研究内容如下:

1、从理论,试验,仿真三个方面简单介绍国内外在砰击载荷预报方面的研究现状,由此提出了本文的主要研究内容。

2、进行了三维圆柱体和圆锥体试验设计,具体给出了底升角为30°的圆锥体从不同高度自由入水时其上砰击载荷在时间和空间上的分布情况。得出对同一底升角条件下的圆锥体,其砰击压力及峰值会随着入水速度的增大而增大。

3、采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS实现了对三维圆柱体以及不同底升角情况下的圆锥体的入水过程的数值仿真模拟。简单介绍了数值仿真过程中的一些主要参数设置。

4、比较了实验条件下和数值仿真条件下,底升角为30°的圆锥体在不同速度下的受力以及在一定速度下不同底升角的圆锥体的受力情况,验证了数值仿真方法在研究三维结构载荷和结构响应方面的可行性。

Abstract Three-dimensional structure prediction and slamming structural response analysis is a very complex involving problem water - air domain - solid-phase coupling。 Since slamming is common in engineering practice, making the researches to predict the slamming structural response very important, this article focuses on the pressure and slamming structural response prediction by the three-dimensional structures - Test methods and numerical simulation methods。

In this paper, a three-dimensional cylinder and cone are studied, analysis of the cone and cylinder load changes slamming process using experimental and numerical simulation methods, systems, discusses the different angle and lift the bottom into the water height on slamming load law。 The main contents are as follows:

1。 In terms of the theoretical, experimental, simulation three brief research status at home and abroad, which presents the main contents of this paper。
