6柱充填开采液压支架的结构设计

摘要随着采煤、采矿等一系列综采的大力发展,环境与安全问题日益凸显出来,促使机械设备的发展与应用。充填开采液压支架是综采全机械化设备的重要组成部分。充填支架能安全并且有效地支撑综采处的顶板,隔开采空区,避免矸石进入综采工作面和散落到输送机。通常综采时,液压支架与采煤机,输送机同时工作,进而达到综采的机械化,提高综采的效率,另一方面机械效率提高人力就得到解放。工作强度大大降低,工作环境更加安全。本论文主要阐述了对充填开采液压支架的设计思路与过程。通过对四柱等一系列液压支架的研究分析对比,找出其中的不足进行重新设计与改造。重新设计了6柱式液压支架总体结构。77647

Abstract: With development in mining, mining with a series of fully mechanized mining, the environment with safe issue has became increasing prom, to promote to development and application of machinery and equipment。 The filling mining hydraulic support is an important part of fully mechanized mining equipment。 The filling support can safely and effectively support and roof to the full question and coal mining face, with the goal is se to avoid the waste rock entering the full me coal mined face and scatter to the conveyor。 Support for filling and coal mining machine supporting the use, implementation of coal mining mechanization, avoid fully mechanized mining work due to roof management lags behind the phenomenon of coal, to further improve the efficiency of fully mechanized mining machinery and transportation equipment, while reducing the fully mechanized working personnel's labor intensity, the security of mechanized mining workers in the life safety。 This paper mainly expounds the design idea and process of the hydraulic support of filling mining。 Through the study of two columns, column and so on a series of hydraulic support analysis, with the contrast, end out the distance of re design and transform。 To design the overall structure of the 6 column type hydraulic support。
