轻气发射装置的内弹道特性研究

摘要二级轻气炮是一种利用高温低分子量气体工质膨胀做功的方式来推动弹丸,使弹丸获得极高速的发射系统。研究了其内弹道过程进行,探索了各发射参数对其发射性能的影响规律。根据二级轻气炮发射特点,采用经典内弹道理论描述药室内火药燃烧状况和活塞运动过程,采用等熵压缩数学模型描述轻气室内气体流动状态,结合弹丸受力情况建立完整的发射部分数学模型。并通过活塞的运动状态将两者进行结合,建立起二级轻气炮发射过程的数学模型。运用经典 Rung-Kuntta方法求解药室方程,实现了二级轻气炮发射过程的数值模拟。通过建立数学模型,运用数值计算方法进行求解,实现了二级轻气炮发射过程的理论计算,以Φ100 /30 二级轻气炮为基本模型,分析了其在多种不同结构参数和装填条件下的内弹道特点。总结出结构参数和装填条件对二级轻气炮发射性能的影响规律,为进一步研究奠定了基础。10049 关键词 二级轻气炮 Rung-Kuntta 方法 等熵压缩 数值计算 发射性能 Title Light Gas Emission Device Interior Ballistic Characteristic Research Abstract Two stage light gas gun is a kind of high temperature low molecular weight gas refrigerant expansion way to propel the projectile,to obtain high velocity of projectile launching system. To study the interior ballistic process, discussed the emission parameters on the emission performance of. Using classical interior ballistic theory to describe the drug indoor combustion condition and the piston motion process, the isentropic compression mathematical model to describe the light gas indoor gas flow state, combined with the projectile force to establish a complete mathematical model of transmitting part. And through the piston motion state of the combination of the two, establish two stage light gas gun process mathematical model. Based on the classical Rung-Kuntta method for solving an equation, realizing two stage light gas gun firing process numerical simulation. Through the establishment of the mathematical model, the use of numerical methods for solving, realizing two stage light gas gun firing process calculation, in the Φ100 /30 two stage light gas gun for the basic model, in its analysis of the variety of different structure parameters and loading conditions of the interior ballistic characteristics.
