摘要自升式平台不仅适用于不同海底土壤条件和较大的水深范围,而且移位灵活方便,便于建造。它作为海洋油气资源开发的基础性设施和海上生产作业和生活的基地,其安全性能是海上油气生产和作业人员人身安全的重要保障。80607 通道平台的设计是自升式平台总布置设计中不可或缺的一部分。本论文的题目是“CMHI166”自升式平台通道平台的设计及强度校核。主要可以分为三步:1、了解走人通道设计的注意要点和ABS规范的要求;2、初步认知通道平台类结构强度校核的注意事项;3、在限定条件下做一个实例的通道结构的设计及强度校核。 本文概括介绍自升式平台的组成与发展,详细介绍了通道平台的类型和设计要求。在招商局重工(江苏)有限公司独立建造的“CMHI166”自升式服务平台的情况下,以左舷风机房通道平台为实例,进行通道平台的设计。并且利用有限元分析软件Femap进行结构建模,并且对三种载荷工况进行强度分析,该结构的强度分析均满足需求。 毕业论文关键词:自升式平台;通道平台;“CMHI166”;设计;强度校核; Abstract The Jackup platform is suitable for different soil conditions and it's able to work at a large range of water depth。 What’s more, it’s convenient for the Jackup platform to move and construct。As the fundamental marine structure, the Jackup platform is used to exploit oil and gas resources。 Meanwhlie, it’s the fundation of offshore production and living environment。 Its safety performance is an important safeguard to ensure the production of offshore oil and gas and the safety of the workers。 The designs of the tunnels are very important to the integrated designs of the whole Jackup platform。 The title of this theis is design and strength check of channels for the self-elevating platform named “CMHI166”。 It can be pided into three steps : First, understanding the design points of channels for the self-elevating platform and the requirements of ABS regulatory。 Second, having a preliminary cognition about the matters of the channel’s design and strength check。 Third, making an model of a channel structure design and finish its strength check under defined conditions。 This article summarizes the composition and development of self-elevating platform。 And it introduces types and design requirements of the channel platform in detail。 Under the circustance that China Merchant Heavy Industry(Jiangsu) constructs the Jack-service platform “CMHI166” independently。 I will treat the channel platform of wind room on the port side as a example and manage the design of this channel。 Turthermore, I will utilize the finite element analysis software “FEMAP” to carry out structure model and finish the strength analysis about three load cases。These strength checks are all ok。 Keywords:Self-elevating platform ; Channels ;“CMHI166”; Design;Strength check; 目 录 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 引言 1 1。2 自升式平台的概论 2 1。3 课题的研究目的和意义 3 1。5 通道平台的概述 4 1。5。1通道平台的类型简述 4 1。5。2 通道平台的设计要求 8 1。6 论文主要内容 11 1。7 研究方案 (责任编辑:qin) |
