SolidWorks的焊接机器人旋转实验平台设计

摘要纵观 21 世纪工业制造技术的发展,产品的焊接自动化生产已是必然趋势。自动 焊接能够降低对操作人员的技术要求,提高焊接质量和生产率,最大限度的减少对操 作人员的伤害,因此对自动焊接执行系统有很大的研究和发展空间。80644 当前,对于某些零件上均匀分布的角对称焊缝连接,通常采用的方法是将零件各 部位固定,通过变换操作者自身的位置,或拨动所需焊接工件的角度,从而在圆周方 向上对工件进行满焊。对于一些焊缝较多,结构较复杂的工件,工作人员不断移动位 置会非常不便,其焊接效率也会大大降低,因此,提供一种能有效提高焊接效率与焊 接质量的焊接平台成为亟待解决的问题。 本文利用三维软件 SolidWorks 设计一种新型移动式旋转焊接夹具装置,通过将 旋转焊接夹具设置在移动设备中,增加了旋转焊接夹具的灵活度,使得旋转焊接夹具 的移动更为简单,并基于六轴机器人完成工件的焊接。旋转焊接工作台主要包括伺服 电机,减速机,同步轮,滚珠轴承,传动轴,旋转台,挡块,液压缸等。焊接时通过 液压缸对待焊接工件进行定位和夹紧,机器人每完成一个焊接工位,在伺服电机和减 速机,传动轴的带动下,旋转台旋转一个角度,使得机器人能够在容易焊接的位置对 产品进行焊接,该试验平台适用于小型产品的焊接,易操作,成本低,并且提高了焊 接质量和效率,具有刚性好,定位精度高、运行平稳的特点。 毕业论文关键词:SolidWorks;六轴焊接机器人;旋转实验平台 Abstract Throughout the development of advanced manufacturing technology of the 21st century, the production of welding automation products is an inevitable trend。 Automatic welding can reduce the operator's technical requirements, improve the welding quality and productivity, to minimize harm to the operator, and therefore the implementation of automatic welding systems have great research and development space。 Currently, for certain parts evenly distributed diagonally symmetric welds, commonly used method is the part of each part is fixed by changing the operator's own position, or toggle angle welding work required, resulting in a circumferential direction workpiece fully welded。 For some more welds, more complex structure of the workpiece, the staff constantly moving position will be very inconvenient, the welding efficiency will be greatly reduced, thus providing an effective tool to improve the welding efficiency and weld quality of welding platform become an urgent problem。 In this paper, the use of mobile three-dimensional software SolidWorks to design a new mobile rotary welding fixture means, by spin welding jig in a mobile device, increasing the flexibility of spin welding jig, such that rotation of the welding jig is more simple, and based on the six-axis robot welding work is completed。 Rotary welding table includes a servo motor, reducer, synchronous wheel, ball bearings, shaft, rotary table, the stopper, hydraulic cylinders and the like。 Welding treated by a hydraulic cylinder welded workpiece positioning and clamping, each robot to complete a welding station, the servo motor reducer, drive shaft and the rotary table is rotated at an angle, so that the robot can be easily welded in a position to welding products, the test platform for welding small product, easy operation, low cost, and improve the welding quality and efficiency, with good rigidity, high positioning accuracy, smooth running characteristics。 Keywords: SolidWorks; Six axis welding robot; Rotating experiment platform 目 录 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 课题的来源与意义 (责任编辑:qin) |
