偏心圆环非牛顿流体热环境的数值研究

摘要非圆管中非牛顿流体的热环境的数值研究计算,在现实生活中的的应用越来越广泛。 我们人身上的淋巴液、血液、囊液等等。随着工业的发展,非牛顿流体在涤纶、尼龙 6、 PVS 等聚合物的生产中也起到了更加重要的作用。非牛顿流体在石油开采中的应用更加普 遍,泥浆和润滑脂都是非牛顿流体。由于非牛顿流体在非圆管中的流动情况复杂多样, 实施计算较为困难,所以将其简化为非牛顿流体在偏心圆管中流动的模型,并且计算具 体的流动和传热的问题。81016

计算过程采用的是将模型在非结构化网格中离散的方法。非结构化网格是一种质量 很高的网格,可以轻松地控制网格的大小以及网格节点的密度。由于非结构化网格采用 了随机的数据结构,所以网格具有很好的自适应性,这样就能减少坐标转换的过程,从 而省去了大量的公式计算。网格无需分块,也不需要用户的调整,控制体内就可以自动 生成网格。

由于明槽流动的情况较为广泛和简单,所以先从明槽流动入手,把计算所得到的数 值解与解析解作对比,来验证程序是否正确。将讨论的情况分为两类,即剪切稀化流和 剪切稠化流两种。在此基础上,研究偏心圆环管道中温度的分布情况和温度在径向的变 化以及宽域最大速度与偏心率、半径比、幂率因子的关系。

Title Numerical Heat Transfer of Non-Newtonian Fluid in Non-circular tube

Abstract Numerical study of the thermal environment of non Newtonian fluids in a non circular tube has been used in many fields of real life。With the development of industry, non Newtonian fluids in polyester, nylon 6, PVS and other polymers also played a more important role 。And more widely, the application of non Newton fluid in oil exploitation is more common, in which, the mud, grease are non Newton fluid。As the complexity and persity of non Newtonian fluid flow in non-circular tubes, the implementation is difficult to calculate, so will the simplified model for the flow of non Newtonian fluid in eccentric circular pipe, and calculate the specific flow and heat transfer problems。

The calculation process adopts the method that the model is dispersed in the unstructured grid。 Unstructured grid is a very high quality grid, which can easily control the size of the grid and the density of the grid nodes。Due to the unstructured grid, the random data structure is adopted, so the grid has very good adaptability, which can reduce the process of coordinate conversion, thus eliminating the need for a large number of formula calculation。The grid does not need to block, and the user can not adjust the control body to automatically generate the grid。
