汽轮发电机组滑动轴承CFD建模与分析

摘要滑动轴承作为汽轮发电机组的重要部件,对机组安全运行的影响很大。开展滑动轴 承特性 CFD 研究,具有重要的意义。

建立了求解基于 N-S 方程的滑动轴承油膜 CFD 模型,对得到的轴承油膜的压力和温 度分布进行了分析。探究了改变转速、进油压力、偏心率、宽径比、油槽宽度等参数对 压力场和温度场的影响。结果表明:转速、偏心率、宽径比的增大都使得油膜压力与温 度整体提升;进油压力对油膜压力与温度场影响不大;油槽宽度的增大对压力场影响不 大,但使温升有所下降。

探究了计入温粘效应对计算结果的影响,得出将粘度设定为平均工作温度下的定值 时可较准确地模拟出油膜压力与温度分布。81196

Title ANALYSIS OF JOURNAL BEARING PERFORMANCE FOR STEAM TURBINE GENERATOR UNIT USING CFD TECHNOLOGY

Abstract As an important part of the steam turbine generator, the journal bearing has great influence on the safe operation of the unit。 The CFD research on the characteristics of journal bearing is of great significance。

A CFD model of oil film of the journal bearing based on N-S equation was set up to analyze the distribution of pressure and temperature of the oil film。 Influence of spinning speed, inlet oil pressure, eccentricity, width diameter ratio, oil groove width on pressure and temperature was researched。The results shows that the pressure and temperature both rises with the increasing spinning speed, eccentricity or width diameter ratio。 Inlet oil pressure has little connection with pressure and temperature。 The increase of oil groove width has little connection with pressure, but causes the temperature value to drop a little。

Influence on the calculation results considering the effect of temperature on viscosity was researched。 It is concluded that the pressure and temperature distribution can be simulated accurately when the viscosity is set to the value at average working temperature。
