工程管道相贯线切割设备的设计+答辩PPT

摘要工程管道几乎遍及国民经济建设的各行各业。在工程管道的应用安装中存 在着大量的管道与管道之间、管道与管道附件之间及管道附件之间的连接工作, 其常见的连接有焊接、螺纹联接、法兰联接等方式,其中管道与管道之间的焊 接是最常用的一种形式。而管道的切割是焊接成品加工过程中的首要步骤,精 准高效的切割不仅可以保证产品的焊接质量,而且提高了劳动生产率,缩短了 产品生产周期,使得制造企业的产品成本大幅下降。81987

在工程管道的切割实践中,相贯线切割是其最具代表性的。管道相贯线切 割技术在车辆、船舶等诸多领域得到了广泛应用。本课题利用靠模仿形原理设 计制作出了一种新型的工程管道相贯线切割设备样机,通过仿形切割原理实现 了管道相贯线的切割加工,进而克服传统方式上的人工切割劳动强度大,而数 控切割成本高的不足,并依此样机完成了“仿形相贯线管道切割机专利”申请 书的初稿撰写。

本课题研究的核心内容为相贯线切割设备执行部分的设计。实现了一方面 通过旋转运动和直线运动的运动合成加工出空间相贯曲线;另一方面通过其平 行四边形机构在保证准确加工出空间相贯曲线的前提下实现了加工坡口的功 能。

较之于传统的人工切割和昂贵的数控切割,本课题所设计的管道切割设备 较好地兼顾了技术性和经济性,是技术经济的一次较为完美的结合,所以有理 由相信其良好的市场前景。

Abstract Pipe almost throughout all walks of life in the economic construction。 There are a large number of connection work between pipe and pipe,pipe and pipe fitting,Pipe

and accessories。Common connection methods are thread connection, welding, socket connection and flange connection, etc。 The welding is one of the most common form。 Pipe cutting is the first step in the process of welding products processing, high precision cutting can not only guarantee the product welding quality, improve labor productivity, but also reducing enterprise's manufacturing costs , shorten the production cycle。

In the cutting technology of the pipeline, the cut of intersecting line is the most representative one。 The cutting technology of intersecting line is widely used in the field of vehicles, ships, etc。Artificial cutting or numerical control cutting machine is used in the traditional way。 This topic adopts the principle of imitation shape to design and manufacture a new type of engineering pipeline intersecting line cutting equipment。By imitation shape cutting to implement the processing of intersecting line and then overcome the disadvantages of manual cutting labor intensity, high CNC cutting costs。

The main research contents of this topic is the structure design of execution part of the intersecting line cutting equipment。When we design,we have to ensure the requirements of the two aspects。1。Cut out the required space intersecting line。 2。At the same time of cutting, complete groove preparation。Motion synthesis by means of a rotational motion and a linear motion in order to work out the space intersecting line。Because the groove processing needs,Through the parallelogram mechanism in guarantee under the premise of the curve work out right, we can realize the function of processing groove。
