摘要作为拖缆机液压系统的主要动力来源——液压泵站,泵站的设计与布置是研究新型节能拖缆机的主要研究方向。液压站的工作原理是电机带动着油泵旋转,泵从油泵中吸油后打油,将机械能转化为液压油的压力能,液压油通过集成阀块、液压阀实现了方向、压力、流量调节,后经外接管路传输到液压机械的油缸或油马达中,从而控制了液动机方向的变换、力量的大小及速度的快慢,推动各种液压机械做功。因此,如何设计液压原理、如何布置回路、如何选取合适的液压元件就成了我们本文研究的重点。83286 本文首先对800KN的拖缆机的工况进行了分析。要完成拖缆机拖缆的功能,就要使拖缆机的卷筒能够在各种情况下都能无阻碍的进行正转、反转以及停止,并在运行这三种状态中不被干扰到。并且,本文计算了不同工况下液压系统的负载,最终依据最大的负载来对液压控制系统中的马达选型。这就确定好了相应的液压系统的功能及作用。 所以,本文设计了相对应功能的液压系统,在设计液压系统的过程中,运用了几种不同的液压回路,并对这些回路进行了不断的优化完善,最终以相对比较简单的液压回路完成了本文的液压控制系统设计方案。在确定了液压控制系统方案之后便对液压系统中所应用的各种液压元件进行选型,选型完成之后整个液压系统的方案就被确定下来了。 然后,本文对液压系统进行了校核验算。包括了系统的压力损失验算,系统液压油的温升验算以及系统的效率计算,确定了所设计的液压泵站满足设计要求。 最后,本文对辅助装置进行了设计和选型。根据控制系统所需流量的大小并参考机械设计手册第四册对液压泵站的油箱进行了大小的设计,再根据公司制作产品所积累的经验选取了滤油器、冷却器等,最后再用三维图进行组装,完成液压泵站的三维模型。并完成了液压管路的布置,再根据泵站中的流量以及结合公司常用方法,对泵站的管路的清洗方法做出了说明,并计算出了相应的碱的用量。 毕业论文关键词: 拖缆机;液压;泵站 AbstractAs the main power source of towing hydraulic system - hydraulic pump station。The design and layout of pumpling station is the main research directions of studying of new energy-saving towing。The working principle of hydraulic station is the motor drives the pump rotation, from the oil pump pump preview after oil absorption, convert mechanical energy into hydraulic oil pressure。Hydraulic oil through integrated block valve, hydraulic valve to achieve the direction, pressure and flow control, then through the external transmission line to the oil cylinder of hydraulic machinery or oil motor, so as to control the direction transformation, strength and speed of liquid motive, to promote all kinds of hydraulic mechanical work。Therefore, how to design the hydraulic principle, how to decorate a loop, how to select the appropriate hydraulic components become our focus in the study of this article。 This paper first analyze the operating mode of 800KN towing winch。 To complete the towing winch towline function, it is necessary to make towing winch’s drum winch can be unimpeded forward, reverse and stop in each case。and in a state of operation of the three are not disturb。 And,this paper also calculates the load of the hydraulic system under different working conditions, finally based on the maximum load to select the motor typeof hydraulic control system。 This determines the function and role of the corresponding hydraulic system。 Therefore, we design the corresponding functions of the hydraulic system。In the hydraulic system design process, we use kinds of different hydraulic circuit, and those circuits are constantly optimize the sound, and ultimately find relatively simple hydraulic circuit to complete the design of the hydraulic control system。 After determining the scheme ofhydraulic control system,we make a selection in applied all kinds of hydraulic control system,after that,the whole hydraulic system scheme is determined。 (责任编辑:qin) |
