焊缝检测管材自动上料机设计+CAD图纸

摘要管材加工领域,弯管机作为主要的标准加工设备,已经在这个领域服务了数十年。国内的液压弯管机、半自动弯管机等产品经过长期发展,产品水平已能达到国外先进水平。然而,弯管机的配套设备发展却十分缓慢。本次设计的弯管机辅助设备,作为非标自动化设备,为弯管机自动上料提供了便利。同时增加焊缝检测装置,该装置包括了检测焊缝位置的视觉检测装置,带动钢管转动的旋转调整装置,使焊缝处于更有利的弯曲位置。目前管材弯曲的送料方式大都是人工操作,效率低,劳动强度大。根据管材自动弯曲的精度、效率、安全性和稳定性等方面的需求,对自动送料装置的驱动、传动和顶料方式等进行了设计。83323

通过步进电机和齿轮齿条传动机构进行自动送料,参照企业生产需求设计了机架,装置实现了管材弯曲送料的自动化。为管材加工型企业的自动化做出改善,提高整个行业的自动化水平。

Abstract In the field of pipe processing,pipe bending machine as the main standard processing equipment has been serviced in this field for decades。Domestic hydraulic pipe bending machine, semi automatic pipe bending machine and other products have developed for a long time 。Product level has been able to reach the advanced level of foreign。However, the development of the matching equipment for the pipe bending machine is very slow。The design of pipe bending machine auxiliary equipment,as non-standard automation equipment, provides convenience for the automatic feeding of the pipe bending machine。At the same time, increasing the welding seam detection device which include a visual detection device for detecting the position of the weld seam and a rotary adjusting device for driving steel pipe rotation,enable the weld in a more advantageous position。At present, most of the feeding methods of tube bending are manual operation which have features of low efficiency and large labor intensity。According to the precision, efficiency, safety and stability of pipe automatic bending, have designed the drive, transmission and charging mode of the automatic feeding device。

Through the step motor and the gear rack transmission mechanism to carry on the automatic feeding, the frame has been designed according to the production demand of the enterprise。To improve the automation of pipe processing enterprises and improve the level of automation of the whole industry。
