摘要随着社会的发展,我国步入老龄化社会的速度越来越快,对于护理这一行 的要求也就越来越严格,因此对于电动护理床不仅要有质量保证,而且还要求 其具有多种多样的功能。电动护理床内嵌式轮椅就是一款为满足此需求而设计 的产品。83332 这款轮椅是针对生活不能自理和一些行动不便的人来设计的。该轮椅能够 自动变形与护理床分离,不仅方便病人外出,还减轻了护理人员的负担,解决 了护理过程中的诸多不便,也有利于医疗器械制造技术的发展。 本文是以人体工程学为基础,在电动护理床的设计过程中应用了模块化的 思想。 首先确定轮椅在床内的具体位置,并进行床下空间的分配。根据功能和各 功能机构之间不相互干涉的要求,选择合适的机构构型,完成轮椅的总体方案 设计。 然后,按照一定顺序完成轮椅结构的设计并给出全套的设计图。再利用 Solidworks 进行虚拟运动仿真分析,对在运动的过程中可能出现的干涉情况进 行修改,以免出现干涉的情况。在确定各个零件的基本尺寸之后,需要对其中 关键的零件进行力学上的分析,以此来确定该零件是否能够满足工作上的需求, 并在这个基础上进行结构上的优化,使得设计的机构更加完美。 Abstract With the development of society, our country has entered an aging society, the speed of rapid speed up, which has more and more stringent requirements of the nursing profession, not only requires the quality of the bed of care, but also to have more functional。 Electric nursing bed embedded wheelchair is designed for this demand。 The wheelchair is designed for people who can't take care of themselves and some of those who are not。 The wheelchair can be automatically deformed and separated from the nursing bed, which is convenient for patients to go out, reduces the burden of the nursing staff, solves the inconvenience in the process of nursing, and also promotes the development of the medical equipment。 In this paper, based on the human body engineering, the use of modular thinking to complete the design of the overall structure of the multifunctional wheelchair。 According to the national standard , the specific position of the wheelchair in the bed is determined, and the distribution of the space under the bed is also carried out。 According to the functional requirements and the functional mechanism does not form the mutual interference between the requirements, select the appropriate body configuration, complete the overall design of the wheelchair。 Then, a top-down approach is used to complete the detailed design of the wheelchair structure and a full set of design plans are given。 Then carries on the movement simulation analysis, to the movement process appears in the dynamic interference situation to carry on the revision。 After confirming the basic size, the key parts can be analyzed by finite element method, and the mechanical properties of the key parts can be satisfied with the working requirements, and the structure optimization is carried out on the basis of the basic dimension。 Key words: embedded wheelchair; kinematic analysis; interface control system 目 录 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 研究背景 1 1。2 研究目的及意义 2 1。4 本文主要研究内容 (责任编辑:qin) |
