摘要在世界性人口老龄化的大背景下,我国也加入了人口老龄化的队伍,并且我国人 口老龄化比例还在以一定的速度持续增长。据统计在 2008 年时,中国 60 岁以上的人口数量已达到 1。6 亿,占全国人口的 12%,在 2012 年时。中国 60 岁以上的人口数量已达到 2。12 亿,占全国人口的 15。5,据预测到 2020 年,我国老龄化水平可能达到17。17%,到 2050 年,老龄化水平很有可能到达甚至超过 30%。83769 据资料得出,约有 80%的老人身患一种甚至多种慢性病。这类慢性病使得病人在 倒床后,长期卧床不起、产生褥疮等并发症,并且由此提升了肢体运动性障碍。经常 性的为病人翻身可以预防或减少褥疮的产生。 本文针对生活不能自理、危重和瘫痪病人或者暂时丧失运动能力的老年病人等设计一种多功能护理床。该护理床可帮助病人实现支背、侧翻等动作, 从而减少褥疮或并发症的产生,早日脱离病床。本文主要内容如下: 1)制定计划, 写出设计要求和指标;确定大致床体面板分布以及旋转 角度;确定各模块的安放位置;根据相关原则,确定机构构型。 2)利用 Solidwords 软件建立支背、 侧翻机构的模型,进行运动分析。 分别设定各部分零件的尺寸以及旋转角度范围。 3)整体床架的结构设计和材料选择;护理床的支背、侧翻功能模块的结构设 计;并确定驱动部件型号。 关键词:多功能护理床,机构设计,运动分析 Abstract With the arrival of the worldwide aging population, China has already entered the ageing society, and the proportion of aging population in China is still at a constant rate of growth。 According to the statistics, the population in our country aged over 60 years old reached about 160 million at the end of 2008, which accounted for 12% of the total population。 The population in our country aged over 60 years old reached about 212 million at the end of 2012, which accounted for 15。5% of the total population。 It is predicted that the aging rate of our country will reach 17。2% in 2020。 Moreover, it will be more than 29。8% in 2050。 According to information obtained, about 80% of elderly people suffering from one or more chronic diseases, which can get bedsore or other complications after a long-term bed rest, and it also improve the body motility disorders significantly。 Turning around the bed regularly can prevent or reduce the occurrence of bedsore about patient。 In this paper, the multi-functional nursing bed is designed for people who lose lower limb ability and elderly patients。 The nursing bed can get up and rollover by patients。 So that it can reduce the generation of chronic diseases, and patients can soon get out of bed。 The main contents are as follows: 1)Making plans and writing design requirements and index。 The dimensions of the bed and the angle of each bed plates are determined。 According to the relevant principles to determine the mechanism configuration。 2)Establishing the supporting arm and rollover model agencies by Solid works。 Exercising kinematic analysis。 The size and the rotation angle ranges of all the rods in bed are set。 3)The structural design and materials selection of the bed bedstead。 The supporting arm and rollover`s structural design of the nursing bed。 The type of the driver motor is selected according to the analysis。 Key words: Multi-functional nursing bed, Mechanism design, Kinematic analysis。 目录 第一章 绪论1 1。1 课题的研究背景1 1。2 课题研究的内容与意义1 1。2。1 提出1 1。2。2 解决措施 。。 2 1。2。3 设计内容 。。 2 1。2。4 课题意义 。。 2 (责任编辑:qin) |
