摘要玻镁板具有阻燃、吸声、防震、防虫、防腐、无毒无味无污染等特性。玻镁板表面有较好的着色性,强度高、耐弯曲有韧性、可钉、可锯、可粘,装修方便。还可以与多种保温材料复合制成复合保温板材。玻镁板材生产时通常是采用圆锯片切割,圆锯片切割速度慢,效率低,因此需要重新设计切割方式。83829

本文主要任务是玻镁板生产线切割分离装置的设计。主要包括调研收集分析相关资料,根据玻镁板材运动情况,概括总结玻镁板生产线工作特点,进行玻镁板切割分离装置的设计。然后对切割结构方案优选,利用Solidworks软件进行三维造型设计,进行关键零件的校核,最后利用AutoCAD绘制零件图和装配图。

玻镁板生产线的高速、完全切割将有效地提高自动生产线的加工效率,推动玻镁行业的快速发展。如果玻镁板能部分或全部取代包装和室内装潢中的木材,将可以节省大量的木材,这对保护森林、改善生态环境都具有重大意义。

Abstract Glass-fibre & magnesium cement boards have the characteristics of bearing high temperature,preventing combustion, absorbing noise, preventing vibration, controlling pest, and it is anticorrosive, nonpoisonous, odorless and clean。 The surface of Glass-fibre & magnesium cement board can be colored easily and it has a good flexural strength。 We can nail it or cut with a saw。 Moreover, we can stick it in the process of decoration。 Composite materials can also be made of the mixtureof Glass-fibre & magnesium cement boards and a variety of insulation composite insulation boards。 We usually use circular saw blades tocut Glass-fibre & magnesium cement boards in the production line。 The speed of cutting is very low and it is inefficient。 A production line can only cut one same width specifications, which is simply can not meet the production requirements。 So, the cutting mode must be changed。

This paper is about designing a new cutting mechanism in the production lines of Glass-fibre & magnesium cement boards。 First, do the research of collecting and analyzing relevant information。 And then, summarize the working characteristics of Glass-fibre & magnesium cement board production line system based on the movement of them。 Next, we design the cutting mechanism and optimize the structure。 In this process, we use Solidworks to draw three-dimensional model and use AutoCAD to draw parts and assembly drawings after checking。

The high-speed, full cut of Glass-fibre & magnesium cement board production line will effectively improve the processing efficiency of automated production lines, and it can promote the rapid development of Glass-fibre & magnesium cement board industry。 If the boards can replace some or all of the packaging and timber interiors, we will be able to save a lot of timber, which is greatly significant of protecting forests and improving the ecological environment。
