摘 要实验以雄性Spraguc-Dawlcy(SD)大鼠为研究对象,采用人工模拟低压低氧的方法,通过研究大鼠蔗糖摄入对应激反应中下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴的作用以及低氧应激对蔗糖摄入量的影响,探讨糖摄入与应激反应之间的相互作用。结果如下:1)低氧暴露下大鼠摄食量极显著下降,体重也有下降趋势。2)低氧暴露下大鼠对蔗糖的摄入量显著增加。3)低氧暴露使血浆皮质酮水平极显著升高,促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平显著升高,而蔗糖摄入可以使低氧暴露引起的皮质酮水平显著下降,对ACTH水平的影响作用不明显但有下降趋势。4)低氧暴露后室旁核(PVN)中CRF mRNA表达量极显著增加,预先蔗糖摄入使CRF mRNA表达量进一步极显著增加。上述结果表明:低氧暴露可能通过增加PVN中CRF mRNA的表达量来激活HPA轴,从而使皮质酮和ACTH水平增加,并且使大鼠对蔗糖的摄入量增加。而预先蔗糖摄入可能通过增加PVN中大细胞性区域CRF mRNA的表达量,减少PVN中小细胞性区域CRF mRNA的表达量,从而减弱HPA轴对低氧应激的反应。89800

Abstract In our experiment, male rats (Spraguc-Dawlcy) ware used。 A method of simulating low pressure hypoxia was used。 By studying the influence of sucrose intake in rats reaction to the HPA axis in stress response, and the influence of hypoxia stress on sucrose intake, to explore the interaction between sucrose intake and stress response。 The results are shown below: 1) The rats’ chow intake is extremely significantly decreased in hypoxia exposure, and the body weight also declines。 2) The hypoxia exposure significantly increase the sucrose intake of rats。 3) Hypoxia exposure significantly increased plasma corticosterone levels and significantly increased ACTH levels。 But sucrose intake can significantly decrease the corticosterone level, and its effect on the level of ACTH is not obvious, but showed a downward trend。 4) The expression of CRF mRNA in PVN was significantly increased after hypoxia exposure, and pretreatment of sucrose resulted in a further significant increase in CRF mRNA expression。 The results show that: Hypoxia exposure may activate the HPA axis by increasing the expression of CRF mRNA in PVN, thereby increasing corticosterone and ACTH levels, and increasing the amount of sucrose intake in rats。 And pretreatment of sucrose may increase the expression of CRF mRNA in magnocellular part of PVN, but reduced the expression of CRF mRNA in parvocellular part of PVN, thus reducing the response of HPA axis to hypoxia stress
