不同光照强度的LED光对水稻秧苗素质的影响

摘要:人工生长室内育秧对水稻生产具有重要的意义,本实验以宁梗4号水稻品种为试验材料,光密度分别设置为300µmol m-2 s-1(RBG300)、350µmol m-2 s-1(RBG350)和400µmol m-2 s-1(RBG400),同时设置320 µmol m-2 s-1的白光LED作为对照(CK),研究了不同光照强度的LED光(RBG)对水稻秧苗生长及秧苗素质的影响。结果发现:LED光处理的水稻茎粗和根数都大于CK处理,CK处理水稻的株高大于LED处理的水稻;RBG400处理下的水稻干重大于其他处理的干重,RBG350处理下的水稻鲜重大于其他处理的鲜重;RBG350处理下可溶性蛋白含量最高,而CK处理下的可溶性糖含量大于LED光处理下的叶片;LED光处理下的水稻光合色素的含量均大于对照组,RBG400处理的各色素含量最高;RBG350处理下的净光合速率、叶片气孔导度胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率都最大,当光密度上升到400µmol m-2 s-1时又显著性减小。结果表明:适当的增加光密度有助于增加秧苗株高,而秧苗生物量随着光密度的增加而增加。较高的光密度促进秧苗可溶性糖积累。光密度增加水稻秧苗叶片叶绿素a含量有所增加,叶绿素b含量无明显变化,但类胡萝卜素含量减小。较高的光密度能够增加秧苗叶片叶绿素a含量,从而提高叶片光合速率。在一定范围内增加光密度能增大气孔开度和蒸腾速率。       28126

Effect of LED light with different light intensity on seedling quality of rice
Abstract: It is of great significance for rice production in artificial growing room.In this experiment, the rice variety 4 was used as experimental material. The optical density were set to 300 (RBG300), 350 (RBG350) and 400 (RBG400)µmol m-2 s-1.Meanwhile, the white LED was set as control (CK).The effects of LED (RBG) with different light intensity on seedling growth and seedling quality of rice were studied.The results showed that: LED light treatment of rice stem diameter and root number were greater than CK treatment, CK treatment plant height was higher than that of LED treated rice.The dry weight of rice under RBG400 treatment was higher than that of other treatments, and the fresh weight of RBG350 was higher than that of other treatments.The soluble protein content of RBG350 treatment was the highest, while the soluble sugar content of CK treatment was higher than that of LED under light treatment.The content of photosynthetic pigment in LED light treatment was higher than that of control group, and the pigment content of RBG400 was the highest.The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were the highest under the RBG350 treatment, and decreased significantly when the light density increased to 400.The results showed that the appropriate increase of light density could increase the plant height and the biomass of seedlings increased with the increase of light density.
