摘要:以东亚飞蝗作为本次试验的试虫,研究不同浓度(1。25X106个/ml、5X106个/ml、2X107个/ml)的蝗虫微孢子虫液处理后,对其在产卵量、蝗卵的孵化率、后代发育历期和后代雌雄性比等方面的影响。实验结果表明,蝗虫微孢子虫的侵染会使东亚飞蝗的产卵能力受损。各实验组的产卵量都低于对照组,其中1。25X106个/ml 和2X107个/ml 浓度蝗虫微孢子虫处理的实验组较5X106个/ml蝗虫微孢子虫处理的实验组低;各实验组获得的蝗虫卵块重量上均低于对照组,蝗虫卵粒长宽均都小于对照组;2X107个/ml 浓度蝗虫微孢子虫处理的实验组蝗卵的孵化率高于1。25X106个/ml 和5X106个/ml蝗虫微孢子虫处理的实验组;1。25X106个/ml蝗虫微孢子虫处理的实验组东亚飞蝗子代中雌雄性比发生显著地变化,雌性个体比例显著提高;不同浓度的蝗虫微孢子虫的侵染对东亚飞蝗子代个体各龄具有不同程度的影响,但在幼虫发育历期,并无明显的变化。73042

Abstract: Fecundity, hatchability of egg, development of offspring and sex ratio of Locusta migratoria manilensis(Meyen) were studied at three different varieties of concentration treatment of Nosema locustae。 The result showed that Nosema locustae infestation would damage fecundity。 Locust egg mass obtained in each experimental group were lighter than the control group, the length and the width of locust eggs obtained in each experimental group were shorter than the control group; The hatching rate of egg obtained in experiment group treated with 2X107/mL was higher than others; The sex ratio of offspring would significant changes in experiment group treated with 1。25X106/ml, the sex ratio was obviously higher than others; The infection of different concentration of Nosema locustae with different impact on each developmental process of offspring, but it was no significant change in the total development duration of offspring。
