摘要：目的：研究瓜蒌不同品种不同挂果期种子可溶性糖、总糖及还原糖的含量差异，为在淮安推广瓜蒌栽培、调整农业产业结构、提高农民种植的经济效益提供技术依据。方法：采用蒽酮比色法测定含糖量。结果：挂果期前期以5号品种最佳，其总糖含量为44。82 mg/g。Dw，4号品种最差，其总糖含量为23。85mg/g。Dw；中期时以1号和3号品种的含糖量较高分别为33。08mg/g。Dw和32。32 mg/g。Dw；后期时以2号品种最佳，其总糖含量为48。22mg/g。Dw，5号品种最差，其总糖含量为19。7mg/g。Dw。栽培5号品种重点以收获前期挂果，栽培 1号、3号和4号品种以收获中期挂果，栽培2号品种以收获后期挂果。78279

Abstract：Objective: For the promotion of Melon Cultivation and the adjustment of agricultural structure and improvement of farmers' planting economic benefit, the contents of soluble sugar, total sugar and reduced-sugar in different snake gourd seeds at different fruiting periods were tested in this paper。 Results: in the early fruiting, cultivator No。5 was the best, the total sugar content was 44。82 mg/g。Dw, No。 4 cultivator was the worst, the total sugar content was 23。85 mg/g。Dw。 In the middle fruiting there were higher sugar contents in the No。1 and No。3 cultivators。 The contents of total sugar were 33。08 mg/g。Dw and 32。32 mg/g。Dw respectively。 In the later fruiting, cultivator No。2 was the best, the total sugar content was 48。22 mg/g。Dw, No。 5 cultivator was the worst, the total sugar content was 19。7 mg/g。Dw。 Late fruiting was more important when No。2 was cultivated。 Middle fruiting was more important when No。1 and No。3and No。4 were cultivated。 Early fruiting was more important when No。5 was cultivated。

1 前言
瓜蒌来源于葫芦科植物栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim． 或双边栝楼Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms的干燥成熟果实，俗称栝楼、吊瓜，具有清热化痰、宽胸散结、润燥滑肠等功效，用于治疗肺热咳嗽、痰浊黄稠、胸痹心痛、结胸痞满、乳痈、肺痈、肠痈、大便秘结等病证。栝楼或双边栝楼的种子( 瓜萎子) 、果皮( 瓜萎皮) 、根( 天花粉) 亦可入药，为传统常用中药材[1]。目前有关瓜蒌化学成分的研究较多，主要有三萜皂苷、甾类、有机酸及其盐类、树脂、糖类及色素等。但瓜蒌中与中医临床功能主治相吻合的有效成分尚不明确，控制瓜蒌药材内在质量的检测指标及其含量测定方法尚未建立。瓜蒌果瓤味甜，含有大量糖分，《中国药典》明确规定，瓜蒌“具焦糖气，味微酸、甜”。传统经验认为“以完整不破、果皮厚、皱缩有筋、糖分足者为佳” [2]。 为满足市场需求，山东、安徽、湖南、河南等地均有大面积种植。瓜蒌属于雌雄异株植物，一般来讲，以收获天花粉为目的时，要选择雄株种植，以收获果实、种子为目的时，要以种植雌株为主，同时要搭配种植少量雄株。无论是以收获果实、种子为目的，还是以收获根部为目的，均会产生大量的茎、叶、花等器官，而这些器官尚未得到开发利用，生产中均是作为废弃物进行处理的[3]。论文网 不同瓜蒌品种不同挂果期种子中含糖量的比较研究:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_90184.html
