摘要:当今时代科技飞速发展,借此专家学者明确彻底地认识到畜禽产品肉质性状和控制其的基因的表达情况有非常紧密的联系,许多影响肉质性状的主要的控制基因陆陆续续地被发现。为了促进肉品质的改善,我们需要完整、透彻地认识基因和各种外界影响因素对骨骼肌肌纤文类型转换的影响。萨索鸡是我国优秀的鸡种,风独特、肉质上乘,而快大型白羽肉鸡生长速度快,肉质风比萨索鸡差,萨索鸡与快大型肉鸡能满足不同消费市场需求。本试验利用脂肪酸分析比较方法,TRIzol法提取RNA,以及凝胶电泳和光密度分析仪,得出萨索鸡的多不饱和脂肪酸含量以312大于白羽鸡的286,又根据光密度分析所得结果,得到萨索鸡FAS基因以条带OD值38.76大于白羽36.4,证明萨索鸡的脂肪酸含量相比白羽鸡较为健康,肉质较好,用客观数据验证人们的感官评定结果,并为优质鸡的育种和生产提供基础资料,为家禽营养价值的评定提供参考。 29700

Comparative analysis of fat content in White feather broiler and Sasso chicken in muscle

萨索鸡和白羽鸡肌肉中脂肪含量的比较分析
引言 基因的表达,对于肉质来说可以说是非常重要,不同的基因种类,或者是同一种基因的表达与否,都决定着肉质的好坏。因此对于肉质的改善来说,研究基因表达与肉质好坏之间的关系是非常重要而且十分必要的工作。持续的研究发现各种类的基因表达能够影响肌肉的不同方面,正是如此才能依靠基因来做到改善肉质,基因的表达是根本,只有充分掌握了这点才能够最大程度的做到改善肉质并且优化生产。现如今市面上的肉鸡基本上是快大型白羽肉鸡,这其中以白羽鸡为代表的快大型肉鸡生长的速度很快,产肉量较大[1],能够较好满足消费者对于禽肉的量的需求,但是白羽鸡的肉质风较差; 我国本土的地方鸡种肉质良好,风浓厚,很受消费者的青睐,但是存在着生长增重缓慢、上市体重偏小以及均匀度较为不齐、饲料报酬偏低、饲养周期较长、繁殖略差、饲养成本偏高等等的缺点[2],这些缺点在一定程度上降低了我国地方鸡种在市场中的竞争力。随着时间的推移,快大型肉鸡将不能满足国内外肉鸡市场的需求。虽然白羽鸡拥有着大量的生长方面的优势,但是最终也会因为消费者日益增长的对肉产品的品质的要求而逐渐被其他拥有更好肉质的鸡种所替代。 萨索鸡和白羽鸡肌肉中脂肪含量的比较分析:http://www.youerw.com/shiping/lunwen_25178.html
