高校排球运动中自由人现状研究

摘要本文以2016年浙江省高校排球联赛丙组男排比赛中的六支参赛队伍的球队情况以及战绩水平作为参考资料，采用文献调查法，问卷调查法，数据分析法，访谈法，逻辑分析法来对各支队伍进行分析，所以，通过本文调查研究，来阐述自由人在高校排球运动中的发展现状进行总结研究从而找出接下来高校排球发展中遇到的问题，给出一些对浙江省高校排球发展合理性的对策及建议，促进浙江高校排球发展

本研究通过分析得出以下结论：（1）通过调查问卷和走访高校排球队的方式，对自由人防守能力的分析，很多高校的自由人并不一定是防守最好的球员，往往是身高不够无法参与前排进攻，而仅仅是防守相对较好的人来担任自由人。（2）通过对高校排球队队内情况的了解，我认为高校排球缺乏对自由人的了解与认知，更注重进攻而不注重防守。（3）通过对高校排球队的各个自由人的场上水平分析与球队队员的调查，大部分高校排球还没有对于自由人的专项训练，部分球队自由人的防守水平并不能达到以往人们想象中的接发球成功率，一传到位率，接处理球次数为全队最高，失误率最少的水平。仅有浙江大学一所学校对自由人进行过专项的防守训练。（4）通过对我省多个高校自由人情况整理发现，高校在自由人这一方面目前仍处于摸索时期89915
