摘要：目前我国大多数农村地区小学都存在着忽视体育活动的现象，但是原因不尽相同。主要有学校设施不健全、场地不足、学校教师资源不足、教师业务能力低下以及“重智、轻体”等因素。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等方法对淮安市农村小学体育课程发展现状进行调查，针对调查中出现的问题进行讨论和分析并提出合理建议。主要的研究结果有：1。淮安市农村小学体育课程每周开设两节课的学校居多，没有按照新课标进行教学。2。制约淮安市农村小学体育课程顺利有效开展的主要原因是师资力量不足和学校领导不够重视。3。淮安市农村小学体育教师课前没有准备教案，而有教案的教师也很少有教师严格按照教案进行教学。4。淮安市农村小学体育课堂上教学内容多以跑步、足球、篮球等群体项目为主。91287
