摘要：本文运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法，以淮安市楚州中学高一年级两个班为实验对象，并随机分为实验班和对照班，实验班和对照班实验前的各项研究指标没有显著性差异。实验班采用分层教学模式，对照班采用传统教学模式并同时进行30课时的乒乓球教学，文章介绍了分层教学的概念、乒乓球运动的特点，并分析了中学乒乓球教学中的分层教学，介绍了在淮安市楚州中学进行的分层教学的实验过程，说明实验结果，阐明在中学乒乓球教学中进行分层教学的重要意义，为中学乒乓球教学的教改创新提供参考。91288

近年来，我国越来越强调素质教育，而随着教学改革的进一步推进，如何提高乒乓球课堂的教学效率成为必须解决的关键问题。在现今的教学模式下，中学大部分采用的都是方便教师主导课堂的分班教学，这种方式有其好处，但是相比时代的进步，显得单一而机械，对学生个体独立性的发展、自主学习能力的提升、学习效率的提高以及教学目的的达成有一定的不利影响，分层教学应运而生。
