摘要随着经济的快速发展，开始对人才有了更多方面的要求。想要适应这个社会激烈的竞争压力，必须有扎实的专业基础，还要有良好的心理素质和团队合作精神，而户外拓展刚好可以培养具有这方面的人才。户外拓展作为一个新兴产业，有着巨大的发展潜力，建立良好的户外运动组织形式，有利于户外拓展的发展，可以减少户外拓展的危险。通过查阅大量文献资料，发现没有对绍兴地区户外拓展现状的研究。因此，本人选择了绍兴市户外拓展现状调查研究作为本科论文的选题，笔者作为绍兴人，目的是对可以更好的发展绍兴户外拓展做出一些贡献，也可以为自己从业提供一些帮助。47004

本文以绍兴市户外拓展行业的为主要调查对象，综合应用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理分析法、逻辑推理法通过对培训机构、培训对象、培训师、培训项目等方面的调查分析研究，研究结果得出以下现状结论：1、绍兴市相对其他发达地区，户外运动的起步较晚,但现处于快速发展阶段。2、行业需求空间较大，发展前景非常之广。3、没有统一行业管理制度，竞争呈现无序状态。4、没有从业资格准入制度，从业人员成分复杂、专业户外人才缺乏，拓展训练师教师以男性为主，而水平差异较大，主要以兼职为主。5、户外拓展的宣传手段不够，很多市民对户外拓展感到陌生。

针对绍兴市户外拓展行业内存在的主要问题，提出对策建议：1、制定行业进入准则，控制过快的发展速度。2、加大政府的宏观调控手段，建立相关部门管理。3、建立户外拓展行业协会，由协会制定统一管理制度。4、制定相应的从业资格评定，并定期进行培训。和绍兴文理进行接轨，培养相关的专业人员。5、加大户外拓展的宣传手段，可以试着推广进入高校和社区。
