摘要本文以南京市大型健身俱乐部健身教练现状为研究对象,通过文献资料、数 理统计、逻辑分析、问卷调查等方法,对南京市大型健身俱乐部健身教练现状进 行调查和分析。探讨目前南京市大型俱乐部中健身教练存在的问题和不足,并提 出相关意见和建议,以促进健身市场的快速稳定发展。78245
研究结果显示:目前南京市大型健身俱乐部健身教练主要以 20-30 的男教练 为主,健身教练工作时间短,工作经验不足,教练的学历水平比较高,但是缺少高 素质的健身教练;健身教练参加培训的积极性不高,参加健身培训的机会很少; 证书认证的权威性强度不够,证书认证的市场也较为混乱;健身教练热爱自己的 工作,对目前的薪酬较满意;虽然看好健身行业发展前景,但是有部分健身教练 将来并不会一直从事健身行业;会员对健身教练的能力总体评价较高,专业基础 知识掌握较好,但辅助知识则有待提高。
针对上述情况,建议健身教练员要积极参加各类培训和实践,努力提高自身 专业能力和服务意识;俱乐部在应聘健身教练员的时候要提高应聘条件,同时健 身俱乐部管理者也要增加健身教练参加健身相关知识的培训的机会;其次国家体 育行政部门要尽快建立权威的健身教练员认证制度,在各所高校的体育学院或体 育院校中实施专门培养健身教练这一职业的课程,增强学生理论知识和实践操作 能力,培养出优秀高素质的健身人才。

The results show: the large Nanjing fitness club coach mainly 20-30 male coach, fitness trainer working time is short, the lack of work experience, a relatively high degree of the coach level, but the lack of high-quality fitness coach; actively participate in the training of trainers in fitness training is not high, few opportunities; authoritative strength the certificate is not enough, the certificate market is also chaotic; fitness coaches love their work, is satisfied with the current salary; although optimistic about the prospects for the development of fitness industry, but some fitness coach in the future will not have been in the fitness industry; the ability of the overall evaluation of the fitness coach member of higher professional knowledge to master better。 But the auxiliary knowledge is to be improved。
