摘要国家为了提高体育设施利用率、有关政策规定公共体育设施应当根据其功 能、特点向公众开放，并在一定时间和范围内，对学生、老年人和残疾人优惠或 者免费开放。学校在课余时间和节假日要向学生开放体育设施，并在保证校园安 全的前提下，积极创造条件向公众开放体育设施。镇江市普通高校为了响应国家 号召，积极努力为校外体育爱好者提供进校园利用体育场地设施进行锻炼的场 所，本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，经过研究分 析镇江普通高校的体育场地设施的利用情况。

通过对镇江市 2 所本科院校体育场地设施资源的调查，总结出数据，得出以下结论：镇江市 2 所本科院校体育场地设施现状很难满足日益增长的体育需求人 员；群众体育消费水平不高，并且高校对外开放收费标准存在问题；对场地器材 进行检查，发现很多器材无法正常使用或维修不及时等情况。根据上述调查，给 予以下建议：政府及学校应该加大对体育场地的资金投入与建设；不断宣传体育 运动锻炼带来的益处，提高群众健康的同时增强群众的体育消费意识，逐渐改善 高校体育资源对外开放的收费标准；加大监管力度，对体育场地和器材进行监管， 并及时对损坏的器材进行维护。78244
