摘 要：随着淮安市社会和经济的快速发展，淮安市居民生活水平有了很大的提高，闲暇时间也有所增多。在这种情况下，淮安居民对健康的要求也越来越高，“花钱买健康”的想法也越来越多，健身消费的需求也不断增长，提供个性化服务的健身场所与健身内容已经成为健身行业的重要标准。聘用私人教练已已经是健身领域最时尚的消费方式之一。本文通过对淮安市市区健身房私人教练基本情况调查，分析淮安市市区健身房私教的能力现状，该市私人健身教练年龄主要集中在18-30 岁之间，学历水平和专业相关知识都比较欠缺，且职业素养依然需要加强，并对此提出建议，为深入研究提供参考。80243
