LCD自动测试系统测试数据采集与处理

调查研究了国内外LCD生产和测试设备的发展概况,了解了当今LCD异常检测系统发展所存在的不足,并对今后的发展趋势进行展望。

摘要:随着LCD(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)制作技术的飞速发展和各式LCD电子产品的广泛应用,传统用人工检测LCD良品率的方法已经不足以保证检测效率以及检测结果的精度。针对这些问题,本课题设计了一种以机器视觉理论为基础的LCD缺陷检测系统,用于检测组装好后的LCD产品以及收集测试数据,使其满足工业自动化和生产效率化的需求,并通过程序及时收集测试所得到的结果,以便解决出现的异常状况。

本文首先介绍了LCD自动测试系统的硬件组成、设计数据交互、软件系统工作原理等几个方面,其次对LCD自动测试流程进行了分析,最后对LCD测试系统的实现方法与调试结果开展了研究。具体包括以下几个方面的内容:

(1)阐述课题研究背景与研究意义,介绍LCD生产以及组装产业的国内外发展现状

(2)介绍LCD的结构、工作原理和硬件设备,分析LCD异常检测的方法。

(3)根据软件系统的工作原理确定待测机台和控制电脑的数据通讯方式,选择合适的数据交换方法,以流程图的形式对该系统进行分析,并编写相应的模块代码。

(4)对所设计的LCD测试系统进行调试,阐述调试的步骤与原理,并指出进一步的发展方向。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the LCD production technology and the widely used of various types LCD electronic products, the traditional manual testing methods of LCD are not enough to ensure the detection efficiency and accuracy of test results. In view of these problems, this paper designs an LCD defect detection system based on machine vision theory, which is used to detect the assembled LCD products and collect the test data to meet the requirements of industrial automation and production efficiency. The designed system collects the results of the test by coding and solves the abnormal situation on time.

This paper firstly introduces the hardware composition, design data interaction and software system working principle of LCD automatic test system. Secondly, it analyzes the automatic testing process of LCD. Finally, it studies the realizing method and debugging result of LCD test system. Specifically, it includes following aspects:

(1) Elaborate the research background and significance, and introduce the current situation of LCD production and assembly industry at China and abroad.

(2) Introduce the structure of LCD, working principle and hardware equipment, analysis of LCD abnormal detection method.

(3) Determine the data communication of the measured machine and control PC according to the working principle of the software system, select the appropriate data exchanging method, analyze the system based on the form of flowcharts, and write the corresponding module code.

(4) Debug the designed LCD test system, explain the steps and principles of debugging, and point out the further development direction.
