摘要在紫外器件的测试过程中,微弱紫外辐射照度通常是一个重要的测试条件,本文研究紫外辐射照度测量技术,并研制紫外辐射探测模块。
本文首先介绍了照度计的工作原理和基本组成,对紫外辐射照度测量模块进行了硬件设计,采用硅光电池作为光电检测器件,将光信号转化为电信号;然后利用低噪声运算放大器和专用低通滤波芯片设计了信号处理模块,信号处理模块的输出信号由A/D芯片ADS7816进行数字化,显示模块显示采用液晶屏,模块的控制核心为STC89C54单片机,编写了相关软件模块,最后利用LaserProbe公司的硅光功率计对模块进行了标定,文中给出了标定结果,结果表明照度计可标定的最小光功率是 W。64893

Title The study of the portable UV irradiance measurement module
Abstract
In the ultraviolet part of the test process, the weak UV irradiance is often an important test condition, we study the UV irradiance measurement technology, and the development of ultraviolet radiation detection module.
This paper first introduces the working principle and illuminometer and basic composition,and make a hardware design of the ultraviolet irradiance measurement module, use the silicon photovoltaic cells as a photoelectric detection devices, and transform the optical signals into electrical signals; then use the low-noise op amps and a dedicated low-pass filtering chip design the signal processing module, and the output signal of the signal processing module is digitized by the A/ D chip ADS7816, the display module use the LCD screen as the display device, module control core is STC89C54 microcontroller, write the relevant software modules, and finally use the LaserProbe's silicon power meter calibrate the module , The results show that the minimum illuminance meter can be calibrated optical power is W.
