摘要直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术是一种全数字的合成方法,相较于初期的直接模拟频 率合成技术、间接频率合成技术等有显著的优点。利用该技术产生的信号具有相位连续、 频率切换时间短、频率分辨率高等特点,因此近年来 DDS 技术逐渐取代传统的频率合成 技术,在通信、雷达、航空、电子对抗等领域的应用愈加广泛。本文研究的是基于 FPGA 的 DDS 信号发生器,其核心部分由相位累加器、ROM 查找表、数模转换器和低通滤波器构 成。设计 DDS 时采取了 Verilog HDL 语言编程的方式,在 Quartus II 软件中编译并利用 MedelSim 仿真波形,之后在 DE2 板上下载程序并验证结果。此外本文通过对 DDS 产生波 形的频谱的分析对 DDS 系统杂散的来源进行了讨论,并尝试提出一些有效的抑制方法。75931

Title The Design of DDS Function Signal Generator Impl- emented on FPGA
Abstract The technology of Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis (DDS) is a full-digital design with its obvious advantages, compared with early ones such as Direct Analog Frequency Synthesis, Indirect Frequency Synthesis, etc。 The synthesizer based on DDS technology generates signals which have a continuous phase, short time of frequency switching and high frequency resolution。 So in recent years, DDS is gradually taking the place of some traditional frequency synthesis techniques and the application of it during the field of communications, radar, aviation, electronic warfare, etc。 has become more widespread。 In this paper, the function generator of DDS is based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)。 Its core part consists of phase accumulator, ROM lookup table, the digital to analog converter and a low-pass filter。 The dissertation analyses the way of implementing DDS through Verilog Hardware Description Language。 Then compile the files in Quartus
II。 Besides, the study uses ModelSim to integrate simulation of waveforms and downloads the program into the DE2 board and verifying the results。 Furthermore, it discusses the source of spurious signals during the DDS system based on the analysis of the spectrum and some certain effective methods are put forward to suppress spurious signals。
