摘要: 本课题是药用橡胶瓶塞的车间工艺设计,设计采用溴化丁基橡胶作为胶料,因其具有高气密性、防潮性、耐腐蚀性和纯净性,使其成为医药瓶塞的必然选择。本设计所采的工艺流程主要是切胶后进行混炼、压延、硫化、冲切、筛屑、清洗然后打包,其中,重点在于硫化成型,设计中采用模压硫化。设计的主要内容包括要用橡胶瓶塞的车间工艺流程设计,配方设计与原材料选择,物料衡算,能量衡算,工艺设备选型与计算,车间布置设计等。另外调研相关技术公司的发展现状,将国内外在该领域的发展与研究做比较,分析该行业的发展水平,找出现代社会该领域最有效便捷的生产技术。设计所的成果主要有设计说明书和相应的图纸,其中图纸包括平面布置图、工艺流程图。本次课题中着重注意胶塞的卫生条件,采用无炭黑增强,满足国家药物卫生标准。20536

Design of an annual output of 500 tons of medicinal rubber stopper workshop
Abstract: This paper is the workshop of design medicinal rubber stopper, and in this paper using brominated butyl rubber as adhesive material, because of its high air tightness, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and purity, make its become an inevitable choice for the medicine bottle stopper. The process adopted by the design of the main is rubber cutting after mixing, calendering, curing, cutting, screening, cleaning and packing, wherein, focuses on the vulcanization molding, the mold pressing vulcanization design. The main elements of the design include to use the workshop process design of rubber stopper, formulation design and the selection of raw materials, the material balance, energy balance, calculation and selection of process equipment, plant layout design etc.. The development status and research related to technology companies, the development and research of this field at home and abroad to do comparison, analysis of the development level of the industry, find out the most effective and convenient modern social production technology. The main results of the paper are the design specification and the corresponding drawings, including drawings including layout, process flow diagram. This paper focuses on the rubber plug health conditions, with no carbon black reinforced, meet the national hygienic standard of drugs.
