设计说明:本次设计是生产200万吨左右年产量的高炉车间。本设计中因为年产量较高,所以采用两座高炉组成高炉车间。其中除了关于高炉尺寸方面的参数不同,其他方面都采用相同的设计方案,这样的设计使得整个高炉车间显得完整而系统。高炉内型的设计是参照传统的高炉内型设计而进行的。通过合理科学的计算得出高炉内型的重要参数,再根据参数对炉衬进行选择设计。其中耐火材料采用光面冷却壁与镶砖冷却壁相结合,比较科学合理,有较高的安全性能和生产效率。热风炉的设计采用的是内燃式热风炉。主要通过科学而合理的方式对热风炉的尺寸进行计算,通过这些尺寸确认热风炉的大小与耐火材料的选用。本次设计中,燃烧室占热风炉截面积的比值为28%,采用“眼睛”型内燃式热风炉。高炉上料系统较为特殊,高炉的上料系统中,两座高炉共用同一个贮焦槽与贮矿槽,两座高炉的炉料互通,可以提高生产效率,在一座高炉出现没有原料的情况下可以暂时使用另一座高炉的原料进行生产,避免了浪费时间和资源,同时也节约了土地的面积,符合高效环保的设计理念。铁、渣处理系统中,采用了较为先进的水渣处理。传统处理铁渣需要设立不同的渠道将二者运输。而水渣处理可以简化运输的方式,提高生产效率,同时节约资源,更加方便的将两座高炉的渣集中在一起处理。本次车间布局采用岛式布局,运输系统采用双线铁轨,运输工具为鱼雷罐车。出铁处理系统中,采用了摆动式铁嘴。71949

Design Description:This design is to produce about 2 million tons of annual production of blast furnace workshop。This design because the annual output is high,so the use of two blast furnace composed of blast furnace workshop。Which in addition to the parameters on the blast furnace size of the different,other aspects are using the same design,this design makes the entire blast furnace workshop is complete and the system。Blast furnace interior design is based on the traditional blast furnace interior
