摘要现今世界对环保、资源和能源的重视,要求汽车工业向轻量化、安全及节能方向发展。而实现车身结构轻量化的重要途径之一就是采用高强度车身材料,同时考虑到成本、加工成型性能等因素,高强度热轧钢已经成为汽车钢板需求、开发方向的主体。本次设计要求是年产200万吨的汽车热轧钢板,选取了较为典型的P510钢,产品厚度为7。8mm,宽度为1250mm,轧制的粗轧道次为6道,精轧7道,其中粗轧机为半连续式,根据年产量合理地选择产品方案、工艺设计,并进行设备校核以及年产量的计算,最后根据实际情况来确定厂房的平面布置,本次设计的参数主要是根据经验以及通过计算得出,整个设计以技术先进为目标,以理论联系实际为要求,努力追求经济效益的最大化。87186
