摘要冷轧薄板具有品种多、表面质量高、性能好和用途广等众多优点,逐渐成为 国民经济中各生产建设领域所不可或缺的材料。随着家电行业和汽车工业的迅速 发展,人们对于家电和汽车产品的质量和性能要求越来越高。所以,对冷连轧薄 板带钢进行车间设计是非常必要的。本设计参考诸多文献和实际资料,选用 Q215 碳素结构钢为原料,进行一系列冷轧规程设计,设计内容包括冷轧工艺流程的简 介、金属平衡表的制定、设备的选择、压下规程制定与轧制力的计算、设备校核 和年产量的计算等车间设计主要流程,并综合了各项技术经济指标,绘制了车间 平面图。本篇文章致力于薄板带钢冷连轧的规程设计,以实现优质、低消耗、高 产和环保为目标,对国家钢铁产业的未来充满希望。81728
