摘要占据地球70。8%的大海拥有的资源对于许多国家做梦都想拥有的,由国家国务院制定的《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划刚要》重点强调了能源和海洋资源的开发利用。其中提到的开发核能,建立海洋监测平台,研究天然气水合物的钻探开采技术等。预示着海洋工程等各种水下作业的兴起,因此对水下焊接与切割技术的质量要求越来越高。具有设备简单、操作安全、综合成本低等优点的药芯割丝电弧切割技术,是一种有广泛应用前景的水下切割技术。江苏科技大学从巴顿研究所引进了这一技术以后进行了切割工艺实验,并取得了良好的切割效果,为了彻底使药芯割丝电弧切割这一水下热切割技术拥有高质量的机械化,自动化,我们需要了解它的切割机理,从源头上摸清他是怎样工作的。本文的工作即是通过几种传感设备获得对切割过程的实时监控数据,从而对该方法切割机理展开研究。87091

水下切割因为割丝产生的气体会使水发生流动,观察起来相对较困难,所以本文主要是使用高速摄像法对空气中的切割过程进行监测,分析药芯割丝的切割过程。之后利用控制变量法对影响切割质量的参数做改变,同时利用霍尔电流和电压传感器所获得的数据以及配合利用高速摄像获得的图片进行分析。实验发现,在比较合适的参数下如500A,30V电弧可以稳定燃烧。然后改变切割速度,发现切割速度对割口的质量影响比较大。同时发现,只有把电压和电流相匹配,才能保持电弧长度。在此基础上进行了水下切割试验,从数据分析,认为药芯割丝在水下和空气中并无差别。
