摘要铝合金、镁合金具高有比强度、高比刚度,高导热性、阻尼减震性、高静电屏蔽性等优点,并且具有良好机械加工性,尺寸稳定性高等优越性能,在交通工具、电子和通信产品、化工、机械、航空等领域具有极其重要的应用价值。尤其是在航空领域,采用铝合金、镁合金不但可以大大减小机身的自身质量,还可以降低成本。由于镁合金和铝合金的应用广泛性和交叉性,以及在某些场合对其特殊性能的要求,将镁和铝及其合金连接形成复合结构十分必要,这样既可以降低结构重量又可以节约材料。 87773
本文以镁合金(AZ31)/铝合金(7075)扩散焊为研究对象,根据扩散焊原理即在一定温度和压力下使得母材接触面发生微观塑性流动变化,然后母材原子相互扩散形成结合层。设置温度、压力为变量,对比在不同条件下焊接接头的形貌组织、力学性能等得出最佳的焊接温度和压力。通过对实验结果分析发现在465℃,6MPa条件可以得到性能较好的接头。
