摘要本课题主要针对轻型镁合金,研究AZ31B镁合金薄板的双面双TIG弧高效自动焊接工艺技术。试验中采用4mm厚的AZ31B镁合金板材进行了双面双TIG弧焊接试验以及双侧单面TIG弧焊接的对比试验。采用万能试验机、金相显微镜以及显微硬度仪等仪器对焊接接头的组织与力学性能进行了分析。通过分析了解了不同焊接参数的焊接接头的组织与力学性能,并与双侧单面TIG弧焊接相对比。结果表明,电流以及焊接速度较大时,即电流110A,焊接速度30cm/min时焊接接头成形较好。AZ31B镁合金焊缝区的显微硬度比母材略低,在热影响区最低。双面双TIG弧焊接接头的变形程度以及力学性能均优于双侧单面TIG弧焊接接头。87859

Title Study on the technology of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet with double-sided TIG arc synchronous welding
Abstract This paper mainly aiming at the light magnesium alloy, had a research on AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet with double-sided TIG arc efficient automatic welding technology。 In the experiment, the 4mm thick AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was tested by the double-sided TIG arc welding test and the contrast test of the TIG arc welding from the both sides of the sheet。 We used universal testing machine, microscope and micro hardness tester to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints。 By analyzing, we understood the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints in different welding parameters, and compared with the TIG arc welding from both sides of the sheet。 The results showed that when the welding current and the speed is large, i。e。 when the current is 110A, welding speed is 30cm / min, the welded joints formed preferably。 The micro hardness of AZ31B magnesium alloy in weld zone is slightly lower than the base material, the lowest in the heat affected zone。 The deformation degree and the mechanical properties of the welded joints by double sided TIG arc welding are better than the welded joints by TIG arc welding from the both sides of the plate。源-于,优Y尔-论,文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018,766
