摘要本文针对焊接生产过程中最重要的两个工艺参数电流和电压设计了一套对它们进行实时采集监测的软件和硬件系统。软件系统是建立在图像程序语言LabVIEW的基础上,包含数据采集,实时查看,历史数据查询,报表生成,数据波形重绘等主要功能。硬件系统则主要拥有电压电流信号调理电路,电压电流霍尔传感器,数据采集卡,主机及显示器等。在生产过程中,研究人员可以通过本文设计的硬件与软件结合的系统对采集到的电压电流数据进行在线监测,且这些数据将会同步显示在虚拟仪器上,同时,它们能够准确地保存在数据库中,方便工作人员进行后续的数据分析。在具体的实验过程中,针对TIG焊接高频引弧的特点,设计了一套隔离电路,用于保护电压采集过程。然后分别进行了不同工艺下对TIG和MIG焊接过程的电流电压参数的测试与采集,测试了本套软件和硬件系统是否稳定和准确。87860
