摘要遗态材料符合现如今的节约资源的理念,价值和可行性也极高,因此受到越来越多的重视。本文就是运用遗态方法,选取木棉纤维作为生物模板,利用其独特的中空结构来制备有绝热保温性能的陶瓷纤维。实验过程中先在一定条件下将木棉浸渍于配置好的氯化铝溶液中,干燥处理后放入氧化炉经高温烧结制成具有木棉纤维结构的氧化铝陶瓷纤维。本文主要通过改变浸泡时外界条件,浸渍液浓度和烧结温度这三个变量来找寻最佳制备条件,从而得到最优的样品。实验中包括对样本材料扫描电镜的观察,还有EDS 和XRD测量等步骤,再根据实验数据进行分析得到最终结果。87888

Title Research of the Biological State of Ceramic Fiber Insulation
Abstract Morph-genetic material meets today's resource conservation concept,and on the other hand,the value and feasibility are also very high。 So there are more and more attention on it。 This article states that we select kapok fiber as a biological template and to prepare ceramic fiber insulation properties denying its unique hollow structure by using morph-genetic method。During the experiment we first put kapok immersed in a configured aluminum chloride solution under some certain conditions,after kapok dried and then take it into an oxidation furnace at high temperature sintering of alumina ceramic fibers with kapok fiber structure。 In this paper, by changing the external immersion conditions, impregnation concentration and sintering temperature of these three variables,we are aim at finding the optimal conditions to obtain the optimal sample。Experimental observation of the sample material is included in a scanning electron microscope, as well as EDS and XRD measurement steps, and then we can get the final results based on the analysis of experimental data。源-于,优Y尔O论U文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
