摘要:由于近代科技的飞速发展,各制造业对于材料的要求随之而提高,而热轧带钢由于其繁多的规格与性质、优秀的物理化学性质、原材料储备大、材料可回收等优点,在当前的科技背景下被广泛使用。为了得到更大的经济效益,热轧带钢的车间不仅要考虑生产什么规格的产品来获取利益,同时还要考虑在成本的节省。在建造车间前,应选择合适的地点以满足原材料及产品的输送的便捷性与经济性;而车间建成后,用于维持车间生产的资金也需要关注。因此,热轧带钢车间的能耗优化显得尤为重要。87939

  本设计是设计一个传统的热轧带钢车间,选择相应设备并计算设备能力及校核;设计的基本前提是建立在通过能耗优化来优化工艺参数;通过选择一种钢材为代表,将其带入设计的车间中制定工艺规程来检验设计的合理性;在设计完车间基本组成后,计算车间生产能力、经济指标等相应参数。本设计选用深冲击汽车钢DDQ钢板作为例子带入生产流程计算。

  本设计包含设备的选择,并对选择的设备进行了校核,对设计车间的劳动定员、产量等内容进行了计算与规划。本设计通过采用无头轧制设备,节省了能耗,优化了产品质量,相对传统的热轧带钢车间,提升了经济效益,同时也符合了国家可持续发展的方针。
