摘要本课题拟对5083铝合金薄板进行焊接,用焊接工艺代替以往的铆接工艺,达到外表美观、提高生产效率的目的,具有较大的实际应用价值。采用交流钨极氩弧焊,研究不同的焊接工艺参数对焊接变形、焊接接头显微组织、力学性能的影响规律,为实际生产提供参考。实验结果表明,焊接电流大小是影响5083铝合金焊接材料性能的重要因素。随着焊接电流由120A增大到140A时,显微硬度减小了34.7 HV;焊接电流由140A增大到160A时,显微硬度减小了19.7HV;焊接电流由160A增大到180A时,显微硬度减小了7.7HV。同时可以发现焊接电流由120A增大到140A时,抗拉强减小了29MPA;焊接电流由140A增大到160A时,抗拉强度减小了40MPA;焊接电流由160A增大到180A时,抗拉强度减小了42MPA。且焊接接电流超过140A时,铝合金焊缝区金相组织发生明显变化,由原先组织均匀,晶粒细小的图像变为含有新组织,晶粒粗大的组织图像。由此可见,在一定范围内,随着焊接电流增大,铝合金焊接料硬度越小,抗拉强度也随焊接电流的增大而变小。22892

Abstract
We intend to concatenate 5083 aluminum alloy flakes by welding process which can obtain more beautiful appearance of products and improve production efficiency so that possess a great practical value rather than the conventional riveting process. Adopt ac tungsten argon arc welding, the welding technology of different parameters on welding deformation, the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint, provide a reference for practical production. The experimental results show that the welding current size are important factors influence the properties of 5083 aluminum alloy welding materials. As when the welding current is increased from 120A to 140A, micro hardness reduced 34.7HV; When the welding current is increased from 140A to 160A, micro hardness reduced 19.7HV; When the welding current is increased from 160A to 180A, micro hardness decreased by 7.7HV. At the same time can be found when the welding current is increased from 120A to 140A, tensile strength reduced the 29MPA; When the welding current is increased from 140A to 160A, tensile strength reduced the 40MPA; When the welding current is increased from 160A to 180A, tensile strength reduced the 42MPA. And the welding current exceeds 140A, aluminum alloy microstructure of weld zone has obvious changes, by the original organization even, grain fine image into containing the new organization, the organization of the coarse grains images. Thus, within a certain range, with the welding current increasing, the smaller aluminum alloy welding material hardness, tensile strength is smaller with the increase of welding current.
